Return & Refund Policy 


Your item must be in its original unused, unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  You must call or email French Quarter Facades within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number before any return will be returned.

Any returns sent without an RGA number will receive no credit. Once we receive your authorized return we will credit you the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%, with a $7.50 minimum charge).  Cancellation of custom orders will result in a restocking fee of 25% or $25.00 (whichever is greater).

Damaged, Destroyed & Defective Items

If a product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 3 business days. We will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item. Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted by email at info@frenchquarterfacades.com to provide return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization as you will not receive credit.

Return Exceptions



Some items can not be returned if they are opened.  It is at the discretion of French Quarter Facades to authorize a return.



Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 



Restocking Fee



All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround



Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday - Friday 8am – 5:30pm.

Order Tracking



If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.



Shipping Rates



The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.



Back Orders



If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
